Today the family headed downtown to the zoo on this beautiful Sunday day. Alice has been VERY much into making all the animal sounds and I wanted to get one last zoo trip in before school starts :( Sigh . . We got their early and it wasn't crowded at all. We were able to watch the elephant bathing AND the dolphin show. Alice's jaw was dropped the entire time during both events. She loved running around and sounding out the tiger "Raaahh!" or the Monkey "Eee, Ohh, Eee, Ohh" over and over again. After the zoo, we strolled the canal and just enjoyed each other's company. Alice and I have become very attached this summer and it's going to be really hard to go back to work in one week!
