Happy Easter!

To get ready for the Easter bunny, Alice decorated easter eggs.

We woke up early Sunday morning to heat to church with Nana & Papa.  The girls looked so cute today in their matching Easter dresses :)

And when we came home from church on Sunday morning, the Easter bunny found his way to our house . . . and he was VERY generous!


By the time we got home from church and breakfast, Audrey was out cold.  We missed the photo opp with her, but the easter bunny brought Audrey her first Easter basket and her very own bunny pillow pet!

Alice was even MORE excited when she realized the Easter bunny hid eggs out in the yard.  We put on her rain boots for the rainy Easter weather, and head outside to hunt for eggs.






Gonzo was eager to join the search :)

Baby O By Audrey "Bieber"

So Alice has "Bieber Fever" I must admit and sings "Baby O" (as she calls it) anytime she wants to put on a performance (which is multiple times per day!). So today, as Alice was rocking out to her favorite song, Audrey decides to join in (unexpectedly). It's amazing on what babies pick up on and imitate. This is too funny!

Our FL vacation is already scheduled for next year.  We can't wait to come back!

Splashing at the Pool

Our girls LOVE to swim!  Alice wasn't up for a dip in the ocean, but always up to go to the "other pool."



Once Audrey started to feel better, she enjoyed daddy helping her swim.  We're betting she's going to be a great little swimmer soon :)









Yes, Andy is playing with a naked Ken Barbie. . . . hmmmm . . . . anyone else find that odd?


Whew, time to call it an afternoon.  I'm taking 5 (or an hour and a half) for a little snooze.  All this swimming wears me out.

Dinner and a Show

There was a tiki bar about 2 condos down from ours in FL.  We buckled up the babies and took a stroll there along the beach.

Alice was PUMPED when she saw the stage.  This girl loves to perform.  She put on a show for everyone (or for us, the bartenders, and the one other couple at the place).



Andy couldn't even resist the stage.  Here he is busting out the "robot." (his signature dance move :)



Alice wanted everyone to try on Sophie's hat.

Time to eat!  Seafood is on!

Alice stuck with her usual, a hotdog.  "Who are you looking at?"



Overall, we gave this tiki bar two thumbs up!

Dolphin View

Our last night at New Smyrna was spent at the Dolphin View restaurant.

What a view! Dinner looking out on an inlet spotting one dolphin after another.

Alice loved watching the pelican's fly.

She tried herself to fly like one :)

And Audrey was back to her normal self with her hearty appetite!
